Do customers pay when they book?
Not through the site today. A booking is a request that comes straight to you, and payment happens the way it does now.
Can I take orders on my own site?
Yes, for pickup. Customers choose a pickup time and pay at the counter. You accept each order, mark it ready, and pause orders when you are busy.
Can I turn bookings off?
Yes. Tell us, and we turn booking or ordering off for your site. You can also take any staff member off bookings.
What does booking cost?
Bookings are a monthly add-on to your site. The price list on this page shows what it costs.
